Menomonee Falls is in Wisconsin, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Menomonee Falls follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. I rarely leave reviews for products or vendors, but for truly exceptional service and products I am making an exception. 5 years ago, I acquired 13 acres in Fond du Lac county. The land was in terrible shape, overrun with honeysuckle, autumn olive, buckthorn, and multiple thickets of prickly ash. A 2-acre open area was filled with weeds and Reed canary grass. It took 2 years and hundreds of hours to get things mostly under control. For the last 3 years I have been filling the cleared areas with native plants. When I started planting natives, including multiple species of bushes, grasses, perennials, and trees, I went to multiple sources. I now solely shop at Johnson's. With perennials and grasses, my new favorites are flats of bands and plugs. With trees, I have had great success with those that come in root maker pots - no more fear of root strangulation. On a personal note, the hiring practices of the nursery are superb. Every person that I have interacted with has been both pleasant and knowledgeable. I must also comment on their web page. When I am planning on filling a space, the first thing I will go to is their web page. It is filled with useful information and is

This is a wonderful nursery. Their native plant, tree, and shrub selection is excellent. The higher price is justified by the quality. This is not a Home Depot garden center. Walking is involved on gravel. They have wagons available. There is a 3% charge for credit cards, but accept checks.

My google search of "Places that sell Liberty Apple Trees near me" lead me straight to Johnson's. I live an hour away from their location but was convinced pretty much immediately they were the ones I HAD to buy my fruit trees from because: 1) Their website is super helpful. They have so many resources, FAQs, blogs, etc. They make the process of shopping very clear. And it's easy and fun to browse their inventory online. 2) They had larger trees. I knew that I would be impatient with fruit tree maturation, so to be able to get a head start with trees that weren't totally babies was excellent for me. 3) The person who took my order over the phone was so kind, professional, personable, and helpful. She was super communicative about my order, changes, and delays. I would highly recommend Johnson's. Worth a drive even for the quality, professionalism, and experience. I will definitely be back if I have future tree buying plans.

Beautiful trees, friendly and knowledgeable staff and kind and professional customer support. Johnsonโ€™s helped us choose the perfect tress for our location. When we encountered some health issues with our trees, the staff at Johnsonโ€™s was so helpful in working with us to resolve the issues. We are very happy we chose them and wouldnโ€™t hesitate to recommend them.

Got some Emerald Arborvitae and Korean Spice Viburnum bushes for our backyard from Johnson's Nursery. Very happy with the installation job the company performed. The job was done quickly and efficiently by their crew. We're quite happy with the proposal that Laurie Starr put together. She was very helpful in picking out bushes that will up the space in our backyard. My wife and I appreciated the extra work Laurie did on the install day with helping us prune some of our bushes and get rid of some invasive shrubs. I'd definitely use Johnson's Nursery for any shrubs, plants or trees we might add to our property.
